Booking & Payments:
1.-Contact us
By the Reservation/Enquiry form, email or by the phone. One of our sales executives who will find an available cruise date for you. Once agreed, your sales executive will confirm back to you your reservation and send you all the tour details, payments to complete the booking.
2.- Send Deposit
- You can send your payment(s) by a bank-to-bank wire transfer to the Company Bank accounts in Unites States or Australia.

If you are booking your cruise in advance, we request a 30% deposit to keep your booking confirmed. Final payment (70%) is required 60 days prior to the departure date, in all the cases.
If the booking is taken very close of the tour's departure, a full payment is needed to confirm.
In both cases, once your deposit is done, we request you to FAX us the wire transfer's copy.
Once our local Bank confirms to us that your payment has been credited in our account, we will fax you the voucher confirming the services that you're buying by us. |
- Send money by Western Union to the name of Galasam International CIA. LTDA. Quito-Ecuador
You can also use the courier service of Federal Express or DHL to send us a USD cashier's check to our Quito's office address. That check must be payable -issued- to the name of Galasam International CIA. LTDA. |
3. – Pre-Trip Details Information.
Once we have received the remaining balance we will send you an email for confirmation. At this time we will also send you a Pre-Trip Information Pack containing useful information to help prepare you for your trip (details of arrival in Ecuador, who will meet you, transfer to hotel, weather, currency, electricity, recommended packing list etc, etc).
4. - You welcome our country!
Everything is now organized. On your arrival we will meet you at the airport.
